Prague-City-Apartments.cz - Husova Apartments are okay?

Hi!

I was checking out Prague City Apartment%26#39;s website and they seem to have pretty good deals. Just wondering if anyone has heard of them, or used their services. I haven%26#39;t been able to find any tripadvisor reviews on them and just want to make sure that it%26#39;s on the up and up, a good place to stay, etc.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Now I%26#39;m back from a three day stay at Husova Apartment, and I am happy to say that we were very satisfied with our stay.

We were picked up at the airport (free if you stay 3 nights or more or spend over 10000 korunas), driven to the office for registration, and then to the apartment. We came early in the day, so the apartment was not ready yet, but we were able to leave or luggage there and got the key so that we just could came straight back when the apartment was ready.

The apartment itself was very nice, very clean and spacious, and with a fully equipped kitchen. The only minor problem we encountered was that the door to the apartment itself was a bit difficult to open, otherwise we had no problem whatsoever. All in all we were very happy with our stay, and I will not hesitate to book one of the Husova Apartments if I should return to Prague.

I also should mention that the location was very good, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square on one side and Charles Bridge on the other.

Just ask if you have any more questions!

rather the door to the apartment is difficult to open rather than too easy to open

Thanks Herna!

Currently I am booked for Husova next weekend.

Did you find it noisy at night? I was deciding between the 3rd floor and 4th floor because of that factor.

Was it a hassle not having a reception desk downstairs?

Also did you feel safe walking around the area at night, or staying at a place without someone downstairs.

Thanks so much!

No, I did not find it noisy at night, but then we had a bedroom at the back of the house (3rd floor). Our friends that we travelled with stayed in the bedroom at the front of the house, and I believe they heard a little noise (like garbage trucks), but nothing that was very bothering.

It was not a hassle not having a reception desk (perhaps except that I would have liked to have someone fix the door I mentiod). As I said the driver that picked us up drove us to the office for check-in. Also, if you do need to contact the management, the office is not very far from the apartment.

Yes, we felt safe in the area. As for not having someone downstairs, in addition to the front door and the apartment door, there was an iron door between two of the floors, so we felt perfectly safe.
