Just wondering has anyone stayed in the Prague Inn Hotel and what their thoughts on it were ? how central is it ? what are the rooms like?

Right at the bottom of Wenceslas Square. good rooms look right up the sqaure to the Muzeum. Take a high floor room, as otherwise it could be noisy.
