Getting from Warsaw to Prague

I am visiting friends in Warsaw and wanted to spend a few days in Prague. Would it be best to fly or take train? Is there any website I could find how much train costs and when it runs. Thanks

train takes 8 hours - there is one direct day train and one direct night train. Obviously it is more expensive to go by plane, but the journey shrinks to either 1 or 2 hours, depending on whether the plane used is a jet or a turboprop
