Unless you catch the 6.23 train which arrives at 10.28 and then catch the return train leaving 18.33 which arrives 22.35, you will find Vienna a difficult trip (by the time you get there, you will need to come back).
The Vienna trains above leave from and come back to the central station, Hlavni nadrazi. Holiday Inn Express is a reasonable priced hotel opened last year which is over the road from the station and which has good reviews in the reviews section on this site. If you stay there and you buy your ticket at least one day in advance, you should only have a five minute walk from platform to hotel room.
Taxis and minibuses at the airport and the people in the international ticket bureau in the station speak English and most restaurants have English menus. You don%26#39;t need to worry about not speaking Czech if you keep in the centre of Prague
