Water Sports

Which is better for canoeing or white water rafting: Vtlava River OR Sazava River. How far is each from Prague? Can this be done in a day trip?

Vltava is the more difficult, but more organised course. It is in the north of Prague so can be reached in about 30 minutes by taxi.

Sazava is about 1.5 hours south of Prague
