football south of the firth

thought i would put it as a seperate thread.

Peb I really don%26#39;t know what is going on.the concensus of opinion,is that because Hearts now have a large squad of players ,a rotational system has been put in place.no member of the management team has come out and said this.some of the players are unhappy about being %26quot;rotated%26quot;.as far as most of the fans are concerned if the team keeps winning ,we will be quite happy.

i still do not trust Mr Romanov.

BTW Petras did not impress,lucky if he gets another kick of the ball for Hearts.

Did you get my e-mail, been having technical diffs at work?

Sarah

|||

yes sarahi got one and sent a reply,about the Cafe,did you get that?

|||

Big on the Czech news about the Skacel incident. Told you he was a prima dona. 35 players is astonishing.

Agree with your logic. If you keep winning, who cares, but then, you only have further to fall when things go pear shaped.

Sarah. how was nottingham?

Report on Skacel spitting incident

SFA awaits Skacel spit complaint

There were a few heated exhanges at Tannadice

The Scottish FA has asked Dundee United to lodge a complaint if they want it to investigate Stuart Duff%26#39;s claims he was spat on by Rudi Skacel.

The allegation was made after a bad-tempered 1-1 draw with Hearts at Tannadice on Tuesday night.

Both Duff and United skipper Derek McInnes were quick to condemn the Hearts midfielder in the press.

%26quot;Clubs must conduct their business through us and not the media,%26quot; said SFA head of discipline Drew Herbertson.

%26quot;If the club submits a complaint then we will take the matter further,%26quot; he continued.

%26quot;We will take it step by step and I am not going to speculate on what could happen.%26quot;

McInnes said after the game: %26quot;Stuart told everyone that Skacel spat on the side of his face and if it did happen then it is an absolute disgrace.

%26quot;There is no place for that sort of thing in the game and it is very unfortunate that the referee missed it.

%26quot;Stuart is a very honest professional so I am sure he wouldn%26#39;t have told everyone about it if it wasn%26#39;t true.%26quot;

Tuesday%26#39;s game saw United%26#39;s Barry Robson and Hearts%26#39; Julian Brellier sent off amid angry exchanges.

%26quot;There is no doubt that Skacel is a terrific footballer and it is great that good foreign players have come over to Scotland and definitely enhanced our league,%26quot; added McInnes.

%26quot;But being spat at is the one thing that players can%26#39;t stand and there is definitely no need for it.%26quot;

Peb we are used to things going pear shaped
