prague- restaurants/bars in the dejvicka area?

hi, im staying in the denisa hotel at the beginning of march for 3 nights, i just wondered what the local area(dejvicka) was like for restaurants and bars. If anyone has any good recommendations please inform me,

thanks.

Dejvicka is mainly filled with pizza restaurants and Czech pubs. U Cedru, down the same street as the Denisa is a famed Lebanese restaurant and is very good. For other choices, you are best to hop on the metro into town

Another option in the Dejvice area is Potrefena Husa at Verdunská / Terronská 11.

If your budget allows THE ONLY PLACE TO DINE in Prague is The Kampa Park.

You will need to pre-book and be sure to covet a waterside table.

We ate there on Monday evening.

Everything from food, sevice, ambiance and views are sublime.

Also ate there once on our trip to Prague last year.

Similarly priced to a decent French Restaurant at home.

A truly memorable experience with views to die for.

Evereyone who loves food and visits Prague should experience The Kampa Park Restaurant once in a lifetime!

Hope you do

I stayed at the Denisa in December and loved the hotel. You get a very filling breakfast. There is a food market on the corner that has lots of stuff for snacks and you have a fridge in your room. The lady who was on the checkout (the days I was at the market) spoke fluent English.
