Revnice

Anyone stayed here?? Any advice on nightlife, access to Prague city centre etc?

revnice is a commuter village 30 minutes out of Prague by train very near the old royal castle at Karlstejn. You catch the train into Smichovske nadrazi and then metro.

Only nighlife in Revnice will be a couple of pubs and these will close at 9pm

pubs will shut at 9pm...?!! Thats not good!!! Will it be expensive to get a taxi from Prague to Revnice in the night then?

most pubs outside the centre shut by 9pm. Most people in the country work 6am to 2pm. Taxi may cost well over 1200 crowns each time. I would suggest you at least stay in Prague if you are going to spend most of your time there
