My wife and I along with another couple are planning our first trip to Prague in mid-late October. We would welcome suggestions on where best to stay in terms of area, as well as specific hotel recommendations. Prefer a mid-priced hotel in the 100-140 Euro range.
Also, if anyone has any experience flying Smart Wings from Amsterdam to Prague would welcome hearing about it. They offer nonstop service at a very low fare, but I worry about their reliability relative to schedules . . . as well as safety.

We loved King George. The location can%26#39;t be beat. The restaurant is also very good. We will definetly stay here again. Check out the reviews.

smartwings operate new planes and are no less unsafe than any other low cost airline. As with other low cost airlines, they run very tight turnarround times, so if one plane gets delayed this can cause long delays later on in the day.
