M&S in Prague ?

Anyone know how the prices compare to uk ? Have seen a few bit I like for the summer and will buy in Prague if cheaper - same for Debs?

Can any of the local experts recommend the big shoe shop on Wenscleas Square ? Is the quality/price good

Thanks

M%26amp;S is generally more expensive in the Czech Republic than in the UK, because of the transport costs.

Generally clothes are more expensive here than in the UK (many Czechs go to shop in Germany where things are cheaper), with the possible exception of C%26amp;A and Zara).

You won%26#39;t find anything in Bat%26#39;a at the foot of Wenceslas Square that won%26#39;t find in England

M %26amp; S prices are deffinately more expensive and when they have a sale they do not knock off as much as over here. Most items have British prices on so if you have a currency converter on you compare the prices ,also there clothes range seems to be a couple of months behind. As for Debs prices are much the same the only thing in there that I found cheaper were the shoes but I think that part of the shop is a franchise.

The Bata shoe shop on the square has some lovely shoes ,boots etc but I have yet to find a bargain even in the sale but you wont be short of shoe shops there are quite a few around the main shopping area plus 3 up by Tescos which are great and also Tesco itself [nothing like ours but they do sell valentino bags]

Hope this is some help, Happy shopping.
