Good places to vist during the day & good places for...

Hi all,

I would like a little info on good places to visit during the day.

Also any good bars or clubs with good music, nice people!!!

During the day, try the Prague castle. But yourself a guidebook if you have no idea what is in Prague.

you will find many bars clustered in the traingle of dlouha street, Mala Stupartska street, Tysnka and behind the old town square. If you come as a group, beware some bars will not let you in

I agree with what Peb says, we had trouble getting into some places as a group.

We also enjoyed Karlovy Lazne (weekends), and Chateau Bar (think its called Chateau L%26#39;Enfer Rouge now), which is off a small street near to Dlouha. A good recent addition on Dlouha is Harleys Bar, if you go make sure you sign the wall! Also good on there is Bombay Cocktail Bar.

there are some lovely bars near where we stayed, especially papas (I can%26#39;t remember the address, but it%26#39;s opposite a small church - poss st mary%26#39;s??) about ten minute from the old square/charles bridge. it was very relaxed, but trendy, drinks were a little more expenisive, but it was one of the few bars where the waitresses actually smiled! the bar food, was very good too!

On our first day we did a walking tour which was excellent as it showed us all around the city which came in handy for the rest of the trip...

One of the evenings we did a ghost walking tour which was pretty entertaining... Great to get around the city at night, its so magical it sparkles...
