booked the wrong apartment?

Hi

I have booked the Janacek Palace Apartments, (two bridges further down than Charles Bridge) for me and a group of friends for a weekend of sight seeing and good nightlife.

Has anybody stayed here? How far is it to walk/metro to the Old town and Wenceslas Square especially as one girl is pregnant.

Not that far, since your apartment is quite central.About 20 minuts to the old square and 15 minuts to Wenesclas square. You can take a tram right outside your apartment if you get problems with walking, and the the metro station Karlova is not far either. So you are well connected till all major attractions by public transport.
