Me and my wife are going to prague on sunday April 8th for a few days. I keep reading about the bars and restaurants closing at 11.00pm, is this true? Also, can anyone recommend some good reasonably price places to eat? What are you looking at paying for a meal and bottle of wine? How much is the beer?

many restaurants close well before 11pm. You will find bars close well aftre midnight in many places in the city. You can pay between 20 pounds for a meal for a meal for two with a cheap bottle of Czech wine in some places up to 100 pounds - depends what you think of as a %26quot;reasonable price%26quot;. Beer is less than 1 pound for a lite if you stay out of the tourist bars
