Prague-Just Arrived

Just got here on the third leg of our vacation. 4 days in Vienna, 2 in Bratislava and now here. Our second trip to prague.

The weather is great. Very sunny. We are staying at U Karlova Mostu. We love our room . A great view of the Vlatava and the Charles bridge. Big bright room. I would strongly suggest this hotel. Had a bite to eat at their Pub 1. Very good.

Walking Pub tour was a lot of fun. Met some nice folks from Canada, the UK, and Texas. Anna our guide did a good job. Spoke English very well. Good Beer, big mugs....or you could have wine if you wished.

Overall very good time.

Patrobert,I am glad you are enjoying yourselves in Prague.I thought the Pub walk was great fun too,more for the people we met rather than the pubs themselves,It really is a good way of meeting people.

How do you join the pub tour, where does it start.

We are in Prague for the first time this wednesday until saturday.

Digital dave.I did the Prague pub tour just over a week ago.there are several that leave from the astronomical clock.some start at 6.00 or 6.30 pm ,but the one i went on started at 7.30.they all usually include food and several beers.Thay are great fun,not because of the tour itself but because of the people you meet.You don%26#39;t need to book in advance but not all the tours run every day at this time of year.
