Andels Hotel & Tipping

I know another member has asked a general question about tipping.

I have read that when you arrive at Andels hotel by one of thie cars a bell boy will take your luggage from the car.

Firstly is this correct and if so does he take it to the desk or my room and how much sholud i tip him.

Also how much sould i tip the car driver. I`d be paying the fare via my bill so rounding up wouldn`t be an option.
