Using my uk mobile in Prague

I want to use my phone when in Prague.

What do I dial for a local call.

Any what about dialing back to uk?

Your uk provider must have a roaming agreement with a Czech provider (t-mobile, vodafone or Eurotel). For the UK dial 0044 and then the std code minus the 0 i.e for London dial 004420xxxxxxxx. Local call will be expensive but it is the same except with a different code i.e for Prague dial 004202xxxxxxxx.

i checked the rates with my service provider

its 1.20 per min to phone home

hotels published rate is only about 50p !!

also watch out cos there is a charge to recieve mobile calls too!
