Greetings - we plan on staying in Prague and then travelling from Prague to Salzburg (2nd week of April %26#39;06). We also have a day trip planned to Cesky Krumlov while in Prague. Does it make sense to stay in CK overnight and then proceed to Salzburg from there instead of going back to Prague? What would be the fastest way to get to Salzburg from Prague?
BTW, we are not driving, so its either by Train or by Bus.
Would appreciate any help on this topic.

It makes more sense to go to Cesky Krumlov, spend the night, and then go on to Prague. By public transportation, CK is %26quot;almost%26quot; on the route to Salzburg. I would recommend taking the bus from Prague to CK; you can get a direct bus, and the bus station is much closer to the center in CK. Then, you can take the train (or bus/train combination)on to Salzburg (via Cesky Budejovice or Kaplice, then Linz, then
Salzburg).
