Restaurants etc near Hotel Maximilian

Can anyone recommend any good restaurants,cafes and bars etc near to the Hotel Maximilian in Prague?

I will be travelling there this thursday and staying for 3 nights so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

As i say any suggestions for places where you have eaten and enjoyed the food and service will help me greatly.
