Good, cheap places to eat

We%26#39;re going to Prague in a couple of weeks. Any suggestions of good places to eat that cater for vegetarians as well as meat eaters? We%26#39;d be keen to find good italian/pizza places. We%26#39;re staying at holiday inn express but not too bothered where the restaurant/bar is as long as it%26#39;s within walking distance.

all pizza / pasta places have vegetarian options. One of the best is Pizza Colleseum at the back of the Myslbek shopping centre on Ovocny Trh. Ambiente Pasta Fresca on Celetna and Dolce Vita on the corner of Celetna and Tyn are both good italians, all within 15 minutes walk of the Holiday Inn Express

Thanks Peb. Will look out for these.

Hi Yowlie

If it%26#39;s not too late I%26#39;d recommend a simple, tasty Italian restaurant around the corner from the Holiday Inn Express called Green Tomatoes. Leave the hotel turn right, walk to the bottom of Jeruzalem Street and turn left at the church, it%26#39;s just up the street on the same side, altogether about a 5 minute walk. Very inexpensive. I visited Prague twice last year staying at the Holiday Inn Express and ate at this restaurant on each visit.

HTH.
