Most Vienna trains arrive at Holesovice station which is in the north of the city and on the red mtro line. Some of the Vienna trains though stop at the central station (Hlavni nadrazi), so check which train you are on.

Both holesovice and Hlavni nadrazi are on the red metro line. You can chnage at Florenc to the yellow metro line and take this to Karlovo namesti. From there take tram 18 or 24 to the hotel union
